You need 1 e‑vignette, Swiss.

Costed for a return trip that leaves one day and comes back 7 days later, so the destination is covered for all 8 calendar days and every country on the way is crossed twice. A longer stay moves a country to a longer e‑vignette and changes the total: the planner works out your own dates.
The countries you cross, in order
Germany
No vignette and no motorway tolls for cars.
No e‑vignette needed: this drive stays on the A14 between the Hörbranz border and the Hohenems junction, which Austria exempts from the e‑vignette.

annual e‑vignette, covering the 8 days you are in the country
No vignette is needed in Germany.
The drive
The quick way to Zurich clips Austria, and that part costs nothing. Austria exempts the A14 from the e‑vignette between the German border at Hörbranz and the Hohenems junction (oesterreich.gv.at, checked 24 September 2026), and this drive leaves it before Hohenems, at Dornbirn-Nord, for Lustenau and the Swiss border. Stay on the A14 past Hohenems, towards Feldkirch or the Arlberg, and the Austrian e‑vignette is due. On this route the only charge is the Swiss sticker.
