How our service works
We are an independent purchasing service. You tell us which road product you need, you pay us once, and we arrange that product through the official channel on your instruction.
What you pay for
Your total is always made of two clearly separated amounts: the official road fee set by the operator for the country you selected, and our service fee. We show both before you pay, on every product page and in checkout.
Several countries and several cars in one order
One order can hold up to 38 e‑vignettes, for any of the countries we sell and for more than one vehicle. Two families driving two cars, or a car and a motorcycle travelling together, can be covered in one checkout and one payment.
In the cart, add another vehicle and give it its own licence plate, registration country and vehicle type. Every e‑vignette is registered to the plate it was added with, and before you pay, checkout reads each plate in the order back to you on its own line.
Our service fee is charged per e‑vignette, not per order, so a second car adds a second set of fees. Buying from each official shop yourself is cheaper; the comparison page shows a priced example and when buying direct is the better choice.
What happens after you pay
Your payment is confirmed by our payment provider, not by your browser reaching a success page. Once payment is genuinely confirmed, your order is queued for fulfillment and we arrange the e‑vignette.
We do not tell you the e‑vignette is active until it has actually been confirmed. If anything is ambiguous (for example, a connection drops midway), we hold the order for a human to check rather than risk buying it twice.
What we are not
We are not a road operator, government body or official reseller. We have no special status with any national operator. We are a commercial service acting on your instruction.
