Via Liège, Cologne, Würzburg, Regensburg and the Suben crossing.
You need 1 e‑vignette, Austrian.

Costed for a return trip that leaves one day and comes back 7 days later, so the destination is covered for all 8 calendar days and every country on the way is crossed twice. A longer stay moves a country to a longer e‑vignette and changes the total: the planner works out your own dates.
The countries you cross, in order
Belgium
No vignette and no motorway tolls for cars. The Liefkenshoek tunnel near Antwerp charges separately.
Germany
No vignette and no motorway tolls for cars.
- €21.75
10-day e‑vignette, covering the 8 days you are in the country
No vignette is needed in Belgium and Germany.
The drive
Belgium and Germany let a car through without an e‑vignette or a toll, so the only road charge across roughly 1,100 kilometres is Austria's. The one Belgian exception is the Liefkenshoek tunnel at Antwerp, which is not on this route. Nothing on the Austrian leg carries a section toll, so a single e‑vignette of the right length is the whole answer.
