the Netherlands

Belgium
No vignette and no motorway tolls for cars. The Liefkenshoek tunnel near Antwerp charges separately.
France
Motorway tolls are charged per section and paid at toll stations or by transponder.
No vignette is needed in the Netherlands and Belgium. France charges tolls on the road instead of a vignette.
The drive
The quickest way to avoid the Paris ring on this drive is to swing west through Lille and Rouen before joining the A28 south to Tours, the same route most Dutch caravans already take toward the Vendée and the Atlantic coast. Every kilometre through Belgium costs nothing today, though that changes once its new vignette, linked to the plate rather than a sticker, starts in 2027. France then charges within the first hour past the border, a ticket paid by section all the way down to Bordeaux.
