The drive
Barely a hundred kilometres, most of it on the Dutch A16 before the Hazeldonk crossing, and today none of it costs a car anything. Antwerp has one toll of its own, the Liefkenshoek tunnel under the Scheldt, but it sits east of the ring and is not on this route. The bigger change is still ahead: Belgium's regions agreed in July 2026 to introduce a vignette linked to the plate from 2027, which would be the first time this short hop costs anything at all.
