The drive
One vignette, Czech, and the first stretch of Czech motorway does not need it. Heading south, the D8 is free from the German border at Petrovice to the Řehlovice junction outside Ústí nad Labem and charged from there into Prague (eDálnice section list, checked 24 September 2026). The other choice is how to leave Denmark: Scandlines' Gedser to Rostock ferry takes two hours, while the land route over the Great Belt bridge and down through Jutland pays a bridge toll and adds distance.
