The official fee is what Zwitserland charges; the service fee is ours. You can always buy directly from het Federaal Bureau voor Douane en Grensbeveiliging and pay only the official fee. Official prices effective from 2025-12-01.
Zwitserland publishes its prices in CHF. The official CHF figure is the authoritative one; the euro amount is what we charge, converted at 0.92 CHF/EUR. If you pay the operator directly you pay the CHF price.
