Costed for a return trip that leaves one day and comes back 7 days later, so the destination is covered for all 8 calendar days and every country on the way is crossed twice. A longer stay moves a country to a longer vignette and changes the total: the planner works out your own dates.

De rit
Hungary sells two kinds of vignette and only one of them is any use here. The county vignette covers a single county, so a drive from Hegyeshalom to Budapest on the M1 would need several of them; the national e-matrica covers the whole network and is the one to buy. Both are linked to the plate, and neither is displayed.
