Vignettes from Vienna to Zagreb

Via Graz, the Spielfeld crossing, Maribor and Ptuj.

You need two vignettes, Austrian and Slovenian.

€57.15

for a car: official fees €44.80 plus our service fee €12.35.

Costed for a return trip that leaves one day and comes back 7 days later, so the destination is covered for all 8 calendar days and every country on the way is crossed twice. A longer stay moves a country to a longer vignette and changes the total: the planner works out your own dates.

The countries you cross, in order

  • Austria

10-day vignette, covering the 2 days you are in the country

    €18.75
official €12.80 plus our fee €5.95

  • Slovenia

monthly vignette, covering the 2 days you are in the country

    €38.40
official €32.00 plus our fee €6.40

  • Croatia

Motorway tolls are charged per section and paid at toll stations or by transponder.

Croatia charges tolls on the road instead of a vignette.

The drive

Three hundred and eighty kilometres and one of the shortest international drives that still needs two vignettes. The Austrian A2 leg to Spielfeld is about 200 kilometres and the Slovenian leg through Maribor is under 100, and each country wants its own cover for both the day you drive down and the day you drive back. Croatia is a barrier ticket from Macelj.
