How our service works
We are an independent purchasing service. You tell us which road product you need, you pay us once, and we arrange that product through the official channel on your instruction.
What you pay for
Your total is always made of two clearly separated amounts: the official road fee set by the operator for the country you selected, and our service fee. We show both before you pay, on every product page and in checkout.
You can always buy directly from the official operator linked on each country page and pay only the official fee. Our fee buys convenience: one checkout in English, validation of your details before submission, and a person to talk to if something goes wrong.
What happens after you pay
Your payment is confirmed by our payment provider, not by your browser reaching a success page. Once payment is genuinely confirmed, your order is queued for fulfillment and we arrange the vignette.
We do not tell you the vignette is active until it has actually been confirmed. If anything is ambiguous — for example a connection drops midway — we hold the order for a human to check rather than risk buying it twice.
What we are not
We are not a road operator, government body or official reseller. We have no special status with any national operator. We are a commercial service acting on your instruction.
