Vignettes from Berlin to Prague
Via Dresden, the Petrovice crossing and Ústí nad Labem.
You need one vignette, Czech.
€18.56
for a car: official fees €12.61 plus our service fee €5.95.
Costed for a return trip that leaves one day and comes back 7 days later, so the destination is covered for all 8 calendar days and every country on the way is crossed twice. A longer stay moves a country to a longer vignette and changes the total: the planner works out your own dates.
The countries you cross, in order
Germany
No vignette and no motorway tolls for cars.
10-day vignette, covering the 8 days you are in the country
€18.56
official €12.61 plus our fee €5.95
No vignette is needed in Germany.
The drive
Three hundred and fifty kilometres, of which only the Czech D8 is charged. The vignette covers motorways, so the parallel first-class road down the Elbe valley is free and slow, and most drivers take the D8 and pay. A single day's vignette is enough to get there, but the day you drive home needs its own cover.
